The CMDBAR command is used displayed or isn't displayed and the display location.
Command Access:
Command entry : CMDBAR
Command Prompts:
If the current Command bar is displayed:
Floating(F)/Lower(L)/Upper(U)/< hide toolbar>: press Enter to hide the toolbar
otherwise the following prompt is displayed:
Floating(F)/Lower(L)/Upper(U)/< display toolbra>: Press Enter to display Command bar
Floating: The Command Bar is floating on the current window. Size and location of the command bar can be ajusted when floating.
Lower: Command bar is displayed on the lower of the current window.
Upper: Command bar is displayed on the upper of the current window.
